Can I change plans later?
During private beta, plan changes are handled manually by the LuniOps team so entitlements stay auditable. Self-service upgrades/downgrades remain gated until live billing proof is complete.
How does pilot access work?
Private beta access is invitation-based and does not require a credit card. Paid self-service trials remain gated until Stripe live proof is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
During private beta, payment is handled manually by agreement or invoice. Online card checkout, Stripe customer portal, webhooks, entitlement and cancel smoke remain release-gated.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. LuniOps guides customer and complete product-catalog imports with field mapping, full-file validation, duplicate checks, and rollback. Opening quantities can be mapped as part of each product row; order import is not currently offered in this wizard.
Is my data secure?
We use Firebase infrastructure with encrypted data at rest and in transit, role-based access, tenant isolation, and deployment-specific controls. Legal and accounting requirements still need tenant-specific review before production use.
Do you offer onboarding support?
Onboarding and support scope are reviewed during pilot planning and written commercial terms. Documentation remains available during guided onboarding.
Can I cancel at any time?
During private beta, cancellation/offboarding is handled manually with the LuniOps team so account, data-retention, and billing records stay consistent.
Which languages are supported?
LuniOps is available in English, German, and Turkish across key interface, invoice, delivery note, and notification flows.
